“Lott+Barber has truly been a pleasure to work with. They have captured and displayed the vision of the VSU Student Health Center and for that reason, this has been a great experience and will be a great building”.

The principles of Integrated Project Delivery are built upon early contributions from all members of the design and construction team, and rely on mutual trust, a transparent process, collaboration, and the sharing of information. The team’s success is tied to project goals which are achieved through shared risks and rewards, value-based decision making, and the utilization of building information software.*

IPD also represents a paradigm shift to long-term value-based pricing. In current delivery models, pricing is based on the short-term bid process. With Integrated Project Delivery, project teams focus on balancing project costs and creating opportunities to minimize long-term costs and maximize overall project value.*
