Lott + Barber’s implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into all aspects of our design and construction administration system, places us in a unique position to help our clients in an integrated project environment. By joining with our construction partners to provide an integrated project delivery team with the ability to collaborate effectively, we can create a virtual building model before the first shovel of dirt is moved at the site.
