As principal, Forrest Lott directs the activities of the architects, engineers, and other project participants. These skills are refined by over 25 years of experience leading design teams on a wide variety of project types. Through continuing education, membership in code writing organizations, and a strong working relationship with local and state officials, Forrest is well prepared to guide projects through the regulatory processes. He regularly consults with area hospitals and building owners regarding their building code and life safety compliance issues. Projects designed by Mr. Lott have been recognized by The Historic Savannah Foundation and Savannah Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Lott has developed project estimating and scheduling systems to aid owner projections. He is actively using computer based modeling for design, cost estimating, scheduling, and quality control. In January 2009, Mr. Lott was elevated to the American Institute of Architects’ prestigious College of Fellows.
