Playing a key role in the Lott + Barber office, Susie Lott provides office management services and more. She maintains all client correspondence, produces marketing materials and proposals, and is responsible for invoicing and coordination with outside consultants. Additionally, she produces all of the technical specifications, manages the project building process, and operates the firm’s automated project and firm management systems.
